Refund policy
Items purchased in-store or for curbside pick up may be returned within 7 days with tags attached and receipt. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. All accessories and clearance items are a final sale.
If you had your item(s) delivered, send an email to platosclosetaustin@gmail.com with your full name, transaction number (top left corner of receipt) and why you are returning the item. Shipped items must be received back to the store within 14 days with tags attached and sales receipt to receive a refund. If items are returned outside that 14 day window or do not have their tags attached, the customer may be able to receive store credit on a case-by-case basis with manager approval.
